The mango also known as the king of fruits is one of delicacies that summer offers. Summer is only times when one can enjoy the true ecstasy of fresh mangoes. Mango is one of the most popular, nutritionally rich fruit. Mangoes are a rich source Vitamins, potassium, minerals, fiber which are very good for health.

There is some magical flavor in fresh ripe mangoes. The aroma of fresh mangoes tell you how tasty & delicious it is. Summer has arrived already & mangoes are also here.Lets try this home made, fresh, chilled, pulpy mango juice......i am sure you would love it...........!!!


Ingredients:


2-3 ripe Alphonso mango
2 tsp sugar
Water as required
Ice cubes as required

Method:


1. Wash the mangoes.

2. Peel mangoes & cut them into small pieces.

3. Now put them in a blender with ice cubes, water, & sugar.

4. Blend until smooth & run through a sieve.

5. Pour the juice into glasses.

6. Serve chilled.

Stuffed Capsicum also known as bharva shimla mirchi is traditionally a part of Spanish cuisine, but this tasty dish has been adopted by food lovers around the world & every one has its own version of of cooking this dish.


Stuffed Capsicum


This simple, protein-rich stuffed pepper recipe is perfect for any occasion. It can be served as 
an appetizers, snack, side or main dish.


Stuffed Capsicum


Ingredients:


4 green capsicum
2 potatoes medium size 
2 green chili chopped
1/2 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp cottage cheese grated
1 tsp coriander powder 
1/2 tsp garam masala powder  
1/2 tsp dry mango powder 
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp cooking oil 
Salt to taste


Method:


1. Boil, peel & mash potatoes, add green chili & ginger paste, salt, garam masala, dry
    mango powder, grated cottage cheese, coriander powder, coriander leaves & mix
    well. Stuffing is ready.

2. Now wash & wipe capsicum with a cloth.

3. Cut tops of the capsicums, scoop out center & seeds without breaking capsicum gently
     remove seeds from inside to make capsicum empty.

4. Now fill stuffing slowly with a spoon.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add stuffed capsicum, cook on a low flame by turning sides cook all
    sides till 
done.

6. Now arrange them in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.

7. Serve hot.
