Kesar Lassi



Ingredients:

1 cup yogurt (dahi) chilled
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp nuts for garnish
8-10 strands of saffron 
2 tsp sugar  

Method:

1. Soak saffron strands in warm milk. Crush it well till flavour is well mixed with milk. Set aside.
    Beat yogurt well.

2. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron soaked in milk & blend it once in a mixer to combine
    well .

3. Garnish with chopped nuts, saffron. 

4. Chill it. Kesar lassi is ready to serve.
