(Cottage Cheese)

Paneer Do Pyaza


250 gms paneer(cottage cheese) cut into cubes
1 cup onion paste 
1 cup tomato puree 
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1 tbsp cashew nuts paste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste  
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
4-5 green chilis chopped
1 tsp red chili powder 
1/2 tsp kasuri methi  
1 tsp cumin seeds  
1 tsp coriander powder  
1 tsp garam masala  
8-10 curry leaves
1 tbsp oil
Salt  to taste


1. Heat oil in a pan & fry panner cubes.

2. Heat oil in the same pan, add some cumin seeds, curry leaveschopped green chillis, onion
    paste &  fry them till oil extracts from it.

3. Now add tomato puree, cook for 3-4 mins. Later add some salt, red chili powder, kasuri
    methi, coriander powder, garam masala, chopped capsicum & cook till casicum are done.

4. Now add paneer, let it cook for 2 mins.

5. Finally add the cashew nut paste & garnish with coriander.

6. Serve hot.
